Anexis Advisory.
The strategic consulting arm of Anexis AI Group. We help enterprise leaders move from AI curiosity and anxiety to a concrete, risk-managed, board-ready AI implementation strategy — in 2 to 4 weeks, with a tangible, signed-off deliverable.
“We get paid high consulting fees to write the prescription. Then we get paid recurring software fees to provide the medicine. Every sprint is a pre-sold software contract.”
Sprint fee credited against first-year software licences when client signs within 30 days of roadmap delivery. Zero risk for clients who proceed to implementation.
Not a Consultancy.
A Trust-Building Mechanism.
Anexis Advisory exists for one strategic reason: enterprise leaders don’t buy AI software from a company they don’t trust. We build that trust — by doing real, high-value diagnostic work before a software licence is ever discussed.
Board members don’t sign 7-figure software contracts with companies they met last month. Advisory changes that. We earn the right to sell by first delivering value through diagnosis.
A well-executed Advisory Sprint compresses a 6–12 month enterprise sales cycle into 30–90 days. The roadmap we deliver recommends our own platforms by name — with a commercial case already made.
Advisory is profitable on its own — margins exceed 70% at Tier 2 and above. Even clients who don’t proceed to software still generate significant direct revenue from sprint fees alone.
The Three-Phase Sprint
Methodology.
Every Advisory engagement follows our proprietary three-phase framework. The phases run concurrently — not sequentially — compressing 3 months of typical consulting work into 2–4 weeks.
A structured assessment of the client’s technology landscape, data quality, and AI-readiness across six dimensions: Data Maturity, Infrastructure Readiness, Digital Literacy, Leadership Alignment, Regulatory Readiness, and Cultural Openness. Produces a scored AI Readiness Report — the foundation of everything that follows.
The phase that separates Anexis Advisory from every generic technology consultant. Human workflow mapping — capturing how people actually do their jobs before AI arrives. Workforce anxiety assessment — the honest diagnosis of how your people feel about AI and why. Human-machine collaboration design — who keeps their job, who is upskilled, what changes.
A board-ready governance playbook built for the South African regulatory environment — POPIA, GDPR, FICA, sector-specific regulations, and the emerging AI Ethics landscape. Not a template: a custom framework built on the specific risks and regulatory exposure of the client’s industry and operations.
Eight Deliverables.
One Board-Ready Package.
Every Advisory Sprint delivers eight tangible, immediately usable documents. Not a 200-page report nobody reads. Working documents that drive decisions and survive board scrutiny.
Scored 0–100 across six dimensions with detailed commentary. The honest truth about where your organisation stands — and why.
A prioritised 90-day, 6-month, and 12-month action plan. Specific. Numbered. With owners, budgets, and success metrics for each initiative.
A custom board-ready governance policy — not a template. Includes acceptable use, data handling, bias management, and accountability frameworks.
Maps your proposed AI use cases against POPIA, GDPR, FICA, and sector-specific regulations. Flags gaps. Prescribes remediation actions.
Department-by-department mapping of how AI changes workflows, which roles evolve, and what the upskilling pathway looks like for each team.
A communication and change plan for rolling out AI across the organisation. Addresses workforce anxiety. Includes messaging frameworks for different employee audiences.
A structured risk register covering technical, legal, reputational, and operational AI risks — with likelihood scoring, impact rating, and mitigation owners assigned.
A board-ready slide deck (10–15 slides) designed for executive and board committee presentation. Distils all eight deliverables into a decision-ready format.
Fixed Scope.
No Surprises. No Timesheets.
We do not charge by the hour. Every Advisory Sprint is priced as a fixed-scope engagement — you know what you pay, what you receive, and when it will be delivered before you sign anything.

Anexis Advisory Is Built
For These Leaders.
If any of the following describes your situation, an Advisory Sprint will deliver more value in 4 weeks than most technology consultancies deliver in 12 months.
Why This Is
Zero-Risk for You.
The sprint fee credit mechanism makes the Advisory engagement effectively free for clients who proceed to software implementation. Here’s the maths for a typical Tier 2 engagement.
How an Engagement
Actually Works.
We are transparent about our process. Here is exactly how an Advisory engagement moves from first contact to a signed, board-ready deliverable.
Complete the contact form on our Contact page, selecting “Advisory Sprint” as your enquiry type. Provide as much context as possible — the more you tell us, the more useful our first conversation will be.
A senior Anexis Advisory consultant responds personally — not an automated reply. We’ll confirm which tier is appropriate for your organisation and propose a 45-minute discovery call.
A structured conversation to understand your industry, organisation, specific AI challenges, and desired outcomes. We ask the uncomfortable questions. We give you honest answers in return. No pitch. No slides.
A fixed-scope proposal: exact deliverables, exact timeline, exact price. No vague “scope to be confirmed.” You know what you’re signing before you sign anything. Response required within 10 business days.
Once the Engagement Letter is signed and the 50% deposit is received, the sprint begins within 5 business days. A dedicated engagement director is assigned. Stakeholder interview schedules are confirmed.
All three phases run simultaneously — not sequentially. Weekly progress updates to your project lead. Mid-sprint review at the halfway point. All eight deliverables delivered on the agreed date, not “approximately.”
All eight documents delivered. Board presentation session conducted. Balance invoice raised — due within 5 business days. 30-day clock begins for the sprint fee credit window.
Your AI Strategy Starts With a Sprint.
Book a no-obligation 45-minute discovery call. We’ll tell you honestly which tier is right for you — and whether an Advisory Sprint is even the right starting point.
